RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective or damaged item.
  • The wrong item was sent to you.
  • An item is missing from your order.

Note:

  • Color variations due to monitor settings are not considered defects unless explicitly stated in the product description.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, refunds and exchange are not available for inner.
    Please review these items carefully before purchasing.

2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind (we recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing).
  • tems that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items returned without their original tags and packaging.
  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective or incorrect).

Note: We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer care team at customercare@yamina.com.my within 7 working days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
  4. Refunds will be issued to your account via bank transfer.
  5. We will arrange complimentary pickup for all items eligible for refund, with no additional cost.

4. Exchanges
If you prefer, we can offer an exchange instead of a refund. We will arrange complimentary pickup for all items eligible for exchange, with no additional cost.

Note: Exchanges are not available for inner.

5. Loyalty Program
Our Loyalty program allows you to redeem points for discounts on purchases. Please note
the following:

  • Points redeemed during purchase are applied as an immediate discount on the order.
  • Points earned via online purchases on the website can only be redeemed for purchases on the website.
  • In the event of an exchange or return, redeemed points are considered used and will not be reinstated to your account.
  • Refunds will be calculated based on the amount paid after the discount/points redemption.
  • You will continue to earn new points on subsequent purchases based on the actual amount paid.

6. Return Shipping

  • We will cover the return shipping costs for all items eligible for refund or exchange, with no additional cost.

Note: Return shipping policies do not apply to inner as these items are non-returnable.
